Recipe Preparation
To prepare linguine with swordfish roe and shrimp sauce, first bring the water to a boil for cooking the pasta and add salt once it reaches a boil.
Then you can focus on the sauce: in a non-stick pan, sauté a clove of garlic with two tablespoons of olive oil. At this point, add the tomato sauce, swordfish roe sauce, fresh cream, and finally the shrimp to the pan. Cook everything on low heat, remembering to stir occasionally. Continue cooking for about 7 minutes, adding some cooking water to prevent the sauce from thickening too much.
Drain the pasta al dente and pour it into the pan with the sauce. Toss quickly to ensure the linguine mixes well with the sauce and finish cooking.
(If desired, you can add some parsley to complete the dish)
